Working Days and Hours: 40 hours/weekly, Mon-Fri, 11:00-20:00/21:00 (Baku time).
Agreement Type and Pay: Contractor of the US Office, 1000-1500 AZN (NET) based on performance + bonuses.
Job Summary: As a Google Ads Specialist at PITS, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective paid advertising strategies.
Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across various platforms (Search, Display, Shopping, Video).
Perform keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad group structuring for maximum relevance and performance.
Budget Management: Monitor daily and monthly ad spend to ensure campaigns stay within budget while delivering desired results.
Adjust bidding strategies and allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Keyword Research and Optimization: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and negative keywords.
Continuously optimize keywords, ad copy, and landing pages to improve click-through rates and conversion rates.
Performance Analysis: Use analytics and reporting tools to monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights.
Generate regular reports for clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
Campaign Expansion and Innovation:
Identify opportunities for campaign expansion, including new keywords, ad formats, and targeting options.
Stay updated on industry trends and Google Ads updates to implement best practices and innovative strategies.

Bachelor’s degree (economics, management or any technical field is desired)
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a successful track record of achieving performance goals.
Proficiency in digital marketing analytics, automation, and tracking tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in mathematics
Proficiency in English is not a primary requirement.
