Ensures high quality and consistent HR services are delivered to employees and management
Lead the coordination of performance management, training and development, succession planning and career development.
Manage all recruitment activities for assigned area of business including new employee orientation
Facilitate internal transfers, oversee and facilitate promotion opportunities, conduct exit interviews, and identify trends to support retention, career development and to minimize risk for the business
Oversee the HR budget and report on current and future staffing costs and initiatives.
Implement HR policies and procedures.
Operate as a key business partner to employees, managers, directors and senior leaders on workforce analytics, organizational optimization, leadership development, and other strategic initiatives

Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Economics;
Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience
Knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
Knowledge of Employment Legislation and Regulations
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Skills and Competencies: Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated excellence thriving in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in English,Russian and Azerbaijani languages
