  • Supporting all Bolt's business operations in Azerbaijan.
  • Creating and optimising processes – efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the most efficient way to run operations.
  • Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager and team to maximize productivity
  • Tracking progress of on-going action items, flagging likely challenges and conflicts.
  • Offering support by checking up on delivery of initiatives, projects and changes.
  • Report updates verbally and in written form to management
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with other departments - Operations, Marketing and Customer Support
  • Analysing data – you will monitor our engagement, quality and utilisation metrics and ensure a great experience for our users and drivers.

Xüsusi tələblər

  • 1-3 years of experience in a project management/analytical position.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Azerbaijani.
  • Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving
  • Able to proactively address potential issues
  • Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Collaborative working style and team-player attitude
  • Able to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven work environment
