  • Promote spa services and handle customer inquiries, providing comprehensive information.
  • Manage customer records, handle payments, and track equipment and supplies.
  • Explain spa services to customers and keep fellow employees informed of customer needs.
  • Brief the spa director or medical department regarding any specific guest preferences or requirements.
  • Transportation to and from work (provided through a service bus).
