Collaborate closely with the OPG Project Manager to facilitate project management processes and various facets of project execution.
Coordinate the procurement process for Offshore Projects Group (OPG), including the creation of requisitions and purchase orders.
Monitor and track orders, expenses, and shipments, while providing support to the Customs Broker for Customs Clearance.
Coordinate logistical arrangements for in-country department staff, including communication with company drivers and arranging airport pickups and accommodations.
Maintain an up-to-date Personnel Schedule.
Address supplier invoice-related issues and facilitate client invoice payments.
Manage the inventory of spares for offshore equipment.
Compile weekly billing timesheets for submission to the client.
Gather all necessary backup documentation for Accounts to facilitate client billing.
Collaborate with the Commercial Department to manage client commercial proposals and purchase orders.
Ensure the proper maintenance of departmental office and IT equipment.
Coordinate the procurement of office supplies for the department.
Provide assistance to other Project Managers, Project Engineers, and technicians as and when instructed by the OPG Project Manager.
Ensure that the Safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to ensure a safe working environment.
Perform work tasks in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems.
Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management Systems of the Company.
Eliminate waste of whatever form, while encouraging the use of more environmentally friendly substances and practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment.
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

High School Diploma in relevant area
Familiar with Microsoft Project and Office
Fluent in English, Azerbaijani, Russian
Project Management qualification
Knowledge, Experience, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
Minimum 3 years’ experience within the oil and gas industry.
Working knowledge of planning software (e.g., MS Project) (P)
Must be familiar with QA/QC systems and procedure (E)
Be proficient in MS Office (E)
