Site Acquisition Specialist is supervised by the Rollout Manager and will work closely with departments such as Project Management / Engineering. This person will be responsible for identifying possible sites that requires access authorization, and the preparation of access documents as required by the owner of telecommunication sites.
Other responsibilities required of this position: Ability to identify sites that may require special permission from a government or other authority.
Ability to present a Letter of Authorization, negotiate to obtain permission for the installation of telecommunication equipment.
Strong management of client’s objectives to ensure scheduling, assignments and timelines are met.
Coordinate, schedule and track site visits and field team visits with various departments.
Must be able to interpret surveys and construction drawings.
Prepare and update site access status reports/databases, and attend client meetings or deployment calls as required.
Assist Management in tracking, reporting of site acquisition related milestones. May be asked to self-perform on certain processes.
Bachelor's degree or higher and knowledge of telecommunications technology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Public speaking and presentation skills preferred.
Excellent computer/reporting skills, including proficiency with MS Excel/power point and other database/project management tracking tools.
Highly organized and able to multi-task and work effectively with limited supervision with tight deadlines
Highly motivated “self-starter” able to work with project schedules.
