  • Proven track record of successful sales and business negotiation with the ability to close deals;
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients;
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products and services;
  • Analyze market data to develop targeted strategies for business growth;
  • Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities;
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, trends, and emerging opportunities in the related industies;
  • Set goals and develop plans for business and revenue growth, as well as for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals;
  • Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships, or new products and services;
  • Create strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities;
  • Provide regular reports to the Group Director of Business Development on progress, challenges, and opportunities;
  • Formulate and execute business development strategies aligned with overall company objectives in collaboration with the Group Director of Business Development;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities to identify growth opportunities and formulate effective strategies;
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives concurrently;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience;
