Prepare/review internal and clients contracts in accordance with the Civil Code and other legislations of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
Drafting employment contracts for employees;
Collect and prepares all necessary documents for the migration service for expat employees, apply to the appropriate authorities to obtain work permit and temporary residence;
Email communication and advises to clients
Registration of legal entities in Azerbaijan
Performs other tasks assigned by management.

Bachelor degree in relevant field;
At least 3 years of experience in in corporate low in consulting firm;
Fluency in Azerbaijani and advanced level of English, knowledge of Russian language is advantage;
Experience in using MS Office and Windows software packages;
