• Researching and identifying prospective suppliers;
• Purchase of materials and equipment for production;
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors;
• Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions;
• Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements;
• Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns;
• Inspecting and evaluating the quality of purchased items and resolving shortcomings;
• Preparing reports and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records.

• Higher education;
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian languages, upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English language;
• More than 3 years of experience in the related field;
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills;
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Proficient in MS Office and 1C programs.
