Be responsible for expansion of the Project Management Office
Develop the organizational project management methodology and control measures
Monitor multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets
Liaise with project management team to clarify project scope and objectives that align with strategic goals
Analyze project progress and propose recommendations for resolution of main issues and risks
Assist project managers on organizational project management methodology
Support Project Managers in appropriate resource assignment to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs
Be responsible for achieving strategic goals by executing departmental activities
Be responsible for achieving organizational goals while upholding standards and best practices
Report on progress of the strategic projects using project management tools
Provide internal project management trainings.
Full day (Mon-Fri)
Work hours: 09:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management related field
4+ year of project management experience, 2+ year of people management experience
PMP Certification
Excellent knowledge of project management tools and techniques
Experience in managing projects of different scale and importance
Substantial experience in communicating and collaborating with project teams
Ability to work in a corporate environment with all levels of management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prepare and conduct presentations
Ability to meet goals on time
Analytical and critical thinking ability, quick learning, adaptability
Confidence and assurance
Good planning skills
Tech savvy
Initiative ability
Azerbaijani (fluent speaking and writing) - mandatory
English (fluent speaking and writing) - mandatory
Russian (intermediate level) - preferable
