• Deliver excellent teaching experiences and actively engage in curriculum development;
• Publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences;

• Maintain a teaching load of 3/3 for Assistant Professors or 3/2 for Associate Professors, with the possibility of reducing it to 3/2 for Assistant Professors demonstrating a strong research agenda;
• Actively participate in university and community life.

• A Ph.D. in Public Administration or a related field from an accredited institution, to be obtained by the start date.
• A record of, or clear potential for, high-quality research and teaching corresponding to the position.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• A commitment to positively contributing to the university and academic community.
