- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, utilizing both Agile and traditional project management methodologies as appropriate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges to ensure project success.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and performance, tracking key metrics and milestones to ensure adherence to project requirements and timelines.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices and lessons learned to enhance project delivery processes.
- Ensure project artifacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases are properly documented
- Measure and report on team performance and progress, as well as identify opportunities for improvement
- Mentor team members on Agile values and principles
- Ensure the team is following Agile principles and practices
- Coach and guide to ensure team members are utilizing the Agile methodology effectively
- Helping the team achieve a high level of performance and quality, holding teams accountable for their work, removing obstacles, and mentoring less experienced team members.
- Defining the project’s schedule and scope while balancing this with timely and regular value deliveries, and organizing and leading working and project status meetings.
- Supporting the product owner in managing communications with stakeholders, managing customer’s expectations for deliverables, and implementing an effective project governance system.
Xüsusi tələblər
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Business administration.
- 2-3 years of proven project management experience, focusing on managing both Agile and traditional projects.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in IT is a plus.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification is preferred.
