Develop and implement D&I strategies/projects to promote a diverse and inclusive work environment;
Track general HR analytics, including diversity and talent metrics, to understand performance in the organization;
Partner with HR Business Partners to lead talent management initiatives for relevant functions;
Supervise talent management projects and own the delivery of talent initiatives to support the development and retention of top talent and drive continuous improvement;
Research, develop, recommend, and execute creative strategies to foster the organizations HR goals;
Work closely with all departments to build an inclusive work environment; ensure everyone’s voice is heard;
Contribute to the formulation and implementation of HR strategies and processes in line with the annual business plans and priorities;
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the employer brand, attract top talent, and create a positive reputation in the marketplace.

Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology and other related field;
2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment;
Strong PowerPoint skills to prepare presentations and effectively communicate ideas and information;
Capable of effectively planning, executing, and delivering HR projects;
Excellent level of English;
Ability to work collaboratively in a global and diverse environment.
