- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology or a related field;
- Minimum 1 year of proven HR Payroll related ERP systems management experience;
- Previous work experience with full cycle implementing and managing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems for HR and Payroll;
- Relevant experience on SAP ERP or other ERP systems;
- Experience in understanding and translating technical concepts to non-technical information & audiences;
- Experience on full support of Business users for HR and Payroll ERP modules and processes;
- Experience of managing 3rd party consultants and Service providers;
- Good knowledge of understanding HR and Payroll business processes of an organization, especially in Oil &Gas;
- Also understanding interconnection and integration of organization different business processes;
- Knowledge of Azerbaijan Republic Labor Law and other HR and Payroll related law and resolutions;
- Proven analytical and problem-solving ability;
- Ability understanding and collecting new business requirements for improvement of system;
- Proven cross-team collaboration, networking, team building, organizational and communication skills;
- Understanding of integration of different ERP modules with HR and Payroll modules for overall smooth flow of business processes;
- Knowledge of English language.
