• Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Reservation Agent Intern to join our team. As a Reservation Agent Intern, you will play a key role in assisting our clients with their travel arrangements, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring smooth booking processes.
• Assist clients with booking accommodations, and other travel-related services.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Research destinations, attractions, and travel options to offer tailored recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with other team members to coordinate travel itineraries and ensure seamless experiences for clients.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client preferences in our reservation system.
• Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and promotional offers to provide up-to-date information to clients.

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English (proficiency in additional languages is a plus).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic computer skills.
• Passion for travel and willingness to learn about different destinations and cultures.
