- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience preferably in Retail industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate with managers and business process owners.
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to solve problems independently.
- Presentation skills.
- Good organisation skills.
- Language skills - Azerbaijani, English (fluent).
- Computer skills - proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel (high level), and PowerPoint).
