• Assisting HR manager with projects and duties as requested
• Creating monthly reports related to recruitment, headcount, termination and compensation
• Performing periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are
collected and filed appropriately
• Arranging employee vacations, salary clearance, ticketing, medical, tracking employee
passport and ID renewal
• Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
• Processing documentation and preparing reports relating to personnel activities ( staffing ,
recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations).
• Assisting with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrolment ,
organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties and retirement
celebrations
• Monitoring office supplies and reporting when stock levels are low
• Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
• Giving an induction all visitors to make them aware of any hazards on site and what to do in
an emergency/
