Vakansiyanın təsviri
- Assist in the preparation of business flow-charts for sales, purchase, and production processes across BUs, highlighting key operations and workflows
- Participate in detailed analytical reviews of each Business Units, offering comments on the current situation, and developing forecasts and recommendations to enhance performance
- Support the removal of identified discrepancies by following up on recommendations, identifying lags in implementation, and promptly sharing information with management
- Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness calculations for each BU’s
- Assist in the preparation of a centralized product database to foster synergy between group BUs
- Work closely with the lead and senior business analysts to collect data and form a financial-based business analytics working group that delivers actionable insights.
Xüsusi tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Working towards or having completed relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, ACCA) is an advantage
- Up to 2 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or a related field. Experience in a consulting or investment analysis role is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations based on findings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially in Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
