Leading technology consulting projects as the Project Manager, controlling the timeline and scope of work, quality of the deliverables and work results, communication with the client’s management to manage their expectations (the projects may vary from the development of Digital strategy, IT strategy, IT architecture, system design/architecture, functional requirements and other technical documentation, to the projects related to IT processes and their maturity level assessment using IT standards and methodologies, proposing ways of their improvement);
Prepare high quality project deliverables and work results with the project team;
Organize and conduct meetings with project teams and client representatives, conduct presentations of projects to the client’s management;
Carry out resource planning, draw up a financial plan for the project, carry out financial revaluation of the project or adjustment;
Business development in the IT service areas, commercial offers and conduct presentations of services to the clients, identifying potential opportunities for business development, proposing new areas of IT services development and IT team development to the firm’s management.

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mathematics/ Computer Science/ Engineering/ Information Security;
Over 5 years of experience in the field of IT and/or information security, where at least 1 year in management positions;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Azerbaijani languages;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
IT project management and team management skills;
At least one international certificate/attestation in the field of IT and/or project management (for example, PMP, ITIL, CISA, TOGAF, CDMP, CRISC, COBIT and/or others);
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).

Technical skills that would be quite useful:

Strong knowledge of standards around IT and Information Security (such as COBIT/ ITIL/ ISO 27000 series/ OpenGroup, or similar);
Experience in building analytical reports in BI tools (Power BI, Oracle BI, Cognos BI, Qlick) is an advantage;
Experience of designing or implementing corporate systems (ERP, CRM, ECM, etc.) and processes behind them.
