You will join the HR department of BCG Baku office for a six-month internship, having the chance to interact with several internal stakeholders, being accountable for the recruiting process efficiency and for ensuring the best candidate experience possible, promoting BCG as employer of choice for top talents on the market.
You are good at :
- Using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to actively track, manage and report on candidate pipelines to enhance stakeholder communication and ensure effective process management;
- Partnering with the interviewers’ during recruiting rounds in order to ensure that the interview sessions run smoothly throughout the recruiting rounds, providing an outstanding candidate experience;
- Managing the candidate pipeline, ensuring efficient management of the entire recruiting process:
- Providing punctual, qualitative and timely feedback to the candidates and follow-up until their starting date.
