Manage and resolve incoming JIRA tickets and support queries, employing strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge;
Create and closely monitor service requests within the Oracle support portal, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues;
Conduct thorough data analysis in the database using ad-hoc SQL queries to inform decision-making and troubleshoot issues;
Develop and maintain functional specifications in accordance with the Oracle Unified Method (OUM), ensuring alignment with project objectives and business requirements;
Collaborate with technical and business teams to customize and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud to meet specific Procurement or HR process needs;
Lead data migration and system integration processes within the Oracle Fusion Cloud environment;
Facilitate training sessions and knowledge transfer activities to ensure smooth adoption of Oracle Fusion Cloud functionalities by users and stakeholders.

Familiarity with Oracle Fusion's module-specific functionalities, workflows, and best practices;
Procurement or Human Resources (HR) processes within Oracle Fusion Cloud;
Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.) with a willingness to train on Oracle Fusion Cloud;
Prior experience in implementing and configuring ERP solutions for Procurement or HR modules;
Azeri – advanced; English – advanced; Russian – is an advantage;
MS Office: Excel, Word, OnenNote, Power Point, Outlook, Jira;
Strong understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and other relevant computer languages;
Experience with ERP-specific reporting tools and analytics.
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle e-Business Suite or other ERP systems
Knowledge of Procurement or Human Resources (HR) processes
Knowledge of Project Management procedures
