Vakansiyanın təsviri

  • To receive visitors at the reception desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • To receive and re-direct all telephone calls as appropriate and taking messages when required
  • To manage correspondence and communications by telephone, fax and email
  • To register and manage company guests and visitors 
  • To arrange necessary access card for company visitors
  • To manage office inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture
  • To document Flow 
  • To reception and common area
  • To manage meeting room availability
  • Other responsibilities 
  • To provision of reports and documentation 

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Bachelor degree
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian (both writing and speaking)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, being a team player
  • Customer focused, proactive and good understanding of Company strategy and business model
  • Professional attitude and appearance/Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
  • Punctual with strong attendance history
  • Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking 
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Good telephone communication etiquette
  • Organized and resourceful
