Assist in the preparation of business flow-charts for sales, purchase, and production processes across BUs, highlighting key operations and workflows
Participate in detailed analytical reviews of each Business Units, offering comments on the current situation, and developing forecasts and recommendations to enhance performance
Support the removal of identified discrepancies by following up on recommendations, identifying lags in implementation, and promptly sharing information with management
Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness calculations for each BU’s
Assist in the preparation of a centralized product database to foster synergy between group BUs
Work closely with the lead and senior business analysts to collect data and form a financial-based business analytics working group that delivers actionable insights.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Working towards or having completed relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, ACCA) is an advantage
Up to 2 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or a related field. Experience in a consulting or investment analysis role is a plus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations based on findings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially in Excel)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
