Driving a continuous improvement of TV segment in processes
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, content, marketing) to plan, develop, and launch TV products or features.
Creating and maintaining a product roadmap that outlines the product's evolution and feature releases
Ensuring the IP TV and OTT TV product provides an excellent user experience, including usability, accessibility, and user interface design.
Managing the budget for the TV product, tracking costs, and analyzing the financial performance of the product
Effectively communicating the product strategy, progress, and results to internal teams and stakeholders
Overseeing quality control processes to ensure the TV product meets performance and reliability standards
Collaborating with the marketing team to create effective go-to-market strategies, including product launches and promotional campaigns.

Higher education (BA or related) - Bachelor's and Master's degree on computer science, Media or relevant field
5 - 10 years experience leading and/or overseeing implementation project deliveries
At least 3-5 years experience in TV or Media companies , ideally with focus on large scale implementations / change management / processes optimization
Deep understanding and empathy of customer needs and commercial drivers
Technical competence to be able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders - architects, UX practitioners and the development team essential
Fluent in the Azerbaijani,Turkish and English
Solid user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Tech driven, user centric, an entrepreneurial spirit, a self-starter, and thinks outside of the box
