- University Degree
- 1-2 years of work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Advanced typing and note-taking skills
- Able to manage internal and external correspondence
- Competent user of office equipment
- Proficient in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwarding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent command of russian and english with azerbaijani native
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
