  • Drive onboarding and orientation programs of new employees;
  • Support HR BP in management and facilitation of  organizational design and development;
  • Contribute in to Performance Management process and execution talent management programs;
  • Work with Learning Development to assess development needs of respective accounts, make recommendations;
  • Drive the effective completion of employee engagement surveys, develop and facilitate its implementation;
  • Preparing up to date reports and documentation related to function’s responsibilities;
  • Preparation of cyclic HR dashboard and presentations based on stakeholder needs;
  • Supporting HR Business Partners with day-to-day processes and projects;
  • Execution of HR Business Partner’s responsibilities during absence period.
  • Working schedule: 5 days a week, from 09:00 to 18:00. Based on nature of the work you will be able to work from office and from home

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Higher education (BA or MSc in Human Resources is preferable);
  • 2 years of experience in Human Resources Management;
  • Fluent in the Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
  • Solid user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Team work and collaboration skills;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Multitasking;
  • Researching;
  • Innovative thinking.
