Experience - You have a solid track record as a Business Developer or as a Senior Account Manager.
Analytical skills and good business flair - You have the ability to ‘think big’ as well as execute ‘on-the-fly’ via understanding the dynamics behind the business through your analysis of large data sets.
Project management - You know how to manage internal as well as external stakeholders, and how to implement projects in a structured and logical method.
Effective communication - Outstanding interpersonal and business skills. Able to quickly establish gravitas and credibility with a range of stakeholders.
Good leadership skills or potential - You know how to motivate, coach, and educate team members to reach their full potential. Previous experience in managing a team is a big plus.
Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
Previous experience in building up a new function and/or Account Management team or similar.
Experience working with BI tools, databases, SQL, or similar.
Experience from the restaurant or hospitality industry to better relate to our business.
