People Development Senior Specialist

Assist in various communications to the employees on available training opportunities and provide necessary information;
Executing various L&D projects aligned with organizational goals;
Acting as a key contributor driving the expansion and promotion of the corporate academy externally;
Driving communication with stakeholders to facilitate the transition and promotion of corporate academy to external market;
Analyzing and presenting training metrics and reports to senior management, providing insights on LD initiatives;
Providing guidance and consulting to all levels of staff in LD;
Providing new ideas by conducting market research, staying updated on industry trends, and proactively proposing learning initiatives;
Efficiently managing vendor relationships by negotiating contracts, evaluating performance, and ensuring alignment with organizational needs;
To execute assigned tasks in compliance with the procedures/policy/instructions;
To keep confidentiality of the company data.

Preferably Human Resources, Communication, or Business Administration Bachelor’s Degree (or related area);
Specific areas of expertise;
Developing and delivering learning solutions with proven results;
Ability to program manage multiple programs simultaneously;
HR Experience up to 3 years;
Learning development experience;
Experience in Budgeting process;
Experience in HR projects;
Azerbaijani - advanced level;
English – upper-intermediate level;
Knowledge of MS office (especially Excel);
Certificate of HRCI/SHRM is advantage;
Project Management knowledge and experience is advantage.
