  • Weekly 40 hours – full-time(being available from 10:00 a.m till 2:00 p.m is necessary), remote work, Saturday and Sunday off days. 
  • Starting salary: 1000- 1200 AZN 
  • Job duties will be performed in a full-time remote setting.

  • Developing Digital Marketing Strategies: Creating comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, target audience, and budget constraints. 
  • Campaign Management: Planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing. 
  • Content Creation and Management: Overseeing the creation and distribution of high-quality content across digital channels, including website content, blog posts, social media updates, videos, infographics, and more. 
  • Social Media Management: Managing social media accounts, including content creation, posting schedules, community engagement, and monitoring of social media metrics. 
  • Email Marketing: Planning and executing email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking. 
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and rankings, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and monitoring of search engine algorithms. 
  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Managing PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking. 
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing campaign performance data, and providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Budget Management: Managing digital marketing budgets effectively to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI) and optimize spending across different channels. 
  • Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and implementing them to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI. 
  • Creativity: Innovative thinking to develop engaging content and creative campaigns that resonate with the target audience. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing software, social media management tools, and PPC advertising platforms. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages across various digital channels. 
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests
  • 1-3 years experience in digital marketing or advertising positions.

  • Tech sector domain expertise, including working with startups 
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
