Preparation of comprehensive business flow-charts for each BU
Conduct detailed analytical reviews (including efficiency and effectiveness metrics) of each BU, providing comments on the current situation, forecasts, and recommendations;
Prepare the periodical reports to be presented to management;
Identification and addressing of any discrepancies within the BUs, following up on recommendations;
Linking of analytical steps with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the group to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Preparation and maintenance of a centralized database for the group to streamline operations and improve decision-making processes.
Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analytics and financial management.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to leverage data-driven insights for strategic decision-making and performance improvement.
Provision of ad-hoc analytical support and performing research tasks as needed to support departmental objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Professional certification such as ACCA MA, FA, FR, and FM is highly desirable.
Proven experience in financial-based analytics, business intelligence, audit or related fields.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
