Installation, configuration, maintenance and support of desktop computer and laptops, pstns, printers, scanners and projectors; Connection to corporate network via LAN cable or WiFi;
Installing and configuring various softwares;
Troubleshooting problems related with Microsoft Windows/Office systems;
Troubleshooting problems related with computer equipment’s;
To carry out duties according IT policy and procedures;
Provide the confidenciality of passwords;
Travel to Azerconnnect LLC group company premises in order to support İT operation;
To take part in preventing any risk of information leakages;
Perform notification about business affected problems on the network in time;
Provide timely response and onsite support for end users;
To work in non-traditional business hours in support of IT operations;
24X7 on call support for mission critical systems of the IT Infrastructure;
Fulfilling working duties execution of the immediate superviser & department manager’s verbal & written instructions as well as following the existing internal rules.
