Lead, manage and develop a qualified team along as a support to Roadfreight Manager
Oversee the day-to-day operations of road freight, including planning, dispatching, and tracking of vehicles. Ensure that all road freight operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Develop efficient routes to minimize costs and transit times while maximizing load capacity.
Monitor operational costs, as well as profit and successful rates. Implement strategies to reduce expenses and improve efficiency.
Quickly address and resolve any issues that arise during transit, including delays, accidents, and customer complaints. Implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences

Bachelor’s degree in International business, Logistics or Economics.
Minimum work experience: 5 years in Logistics
Relevant Certificates in Logistics.
Leadership and team management
Computer Literacy: Ms Office (advanced)
Strong organizational and planning skills to efficiently manage routes, schedules, and resources.
Languages: Azerbaijan (advanced), English (advanced), Russian (advanced), Turkish (advanced)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with team members, management, and clients
