Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for the lottery draw games product, aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
Gather and analyze player and retailer feedback, utilizing data-driven insights to drive product enhancements and optimizations.
Work closely with other product teams and departments to define user stories, provide clear product requirements, and ensure timely delivery of features.
Lead product planning and release activities.
Act as a subject matter expert on pari-mutuel games, lottery industry trends, regulations, and best practices, staying up to date with the latest market developments.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members.
Evaluating new provider candidates and establishing first contact with providers.
Building and managing the relationship with providers.
Evaluating commercial offers and presenting to supervisory board

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent).
Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in the lottery games, virtual games or game of chance industry.
Strong understanding of lottery draw games, pari-mutuel games, and industry regulations.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product features.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Strong project management abilities, with experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and working with development teams.
