Contribute to organization’s goals plus objectives, enhance market share and sales performance.
Develop, execute the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and manage the Trade Marketing budget.
Visit the points of sales regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected.
Ensure alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives, including coordination with Corporate Trade Marketing and budget management.
Be responsible for working with Production, Sales, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure product delivery and appropriate sales incentives.
Work with the Line Manager to develop Trade marketing programs to grow the brands.
Identify and develop necessary Point of Sales tools to increase brand presence, market share and improve customer satisfaction.
Manage a team of trade marketing merchandisers and provide guidance and mentorship.
Forecast the budget and expenses of the department, prepare monthly reports.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
3-5 years experience in trade marketing.
Good command on Azerbaijani and English language (Russian is an advantage)
Strong understanding of trade marketing strategies, retail environments, and sales dynamics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Proficiency in using marketing tools and software.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
