- Contribute to organization’s goals plus objectives, enhance market share and sales performance.
- Develop, execute the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and manage the Trade Marketing budget.
- Visit the points of sales regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected.
- Ensure alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives, including coordination with Corporate Trade Marketing and budget management.
- Be responsible for working with Production, Sales, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure product delivery and appropriate sales incentives.
- Work with the Line Manager to develop Trade marketing programs to grow the brands.
- Identify and develop necessary Point of Sales tools to increase brand presence, market share and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage a team of trade marketing merchandisers and provide guidance and mentorship.
- Forecast the budget and expenses of the department, prepare monthly reports.
Xüsusi tələblər
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years experience in trade marketing.
- Good command on Azerbaijani and English language (Russian is an advantage)
- Strong understanding of trade marketing strategies, retail environments, and sales dynamics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and software.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
