Making a market search and selecting bidders for requested service.
Pre-qualifying bidders
Preparation of bid strategy and issuing RFQ, ITB upon its approval.
Holding meetings with bidders, explaining the contractual terms, and coordinating the technical issues betweenthe engineering or technical team and the bidder.
Evaluation of the bid results and the drafting of the terms of the Contract.
Negotiating the terms of the contract at the pre-award and award stages with the contractors
Taking risk mitigating issues for company in all contract related documents.
Tracing the status of the Contractor’s work
Keeping record of all the correspondence, agreed Contract form, its amendments in paper and electronicformat.
Issuing Purchase Orders in SAP system.
Carrying out the close out works for each Contract.
