Design, develop, and maintain dynamic dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Power BI, leveraging advanced features to create meaningful insights that drive business decisions.

Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources into Power BI, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the process.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define data needs and reporting requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Present findings and insights to stakeholders in an easily understandable manner, facilitating data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Implement data validation and cleaning procedures to ensure data quality and accuracy in Power BI reports.
Optimize data retrieval processes for efficiency and speed, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance performance.
Stay updated with the latest features in Power BI and integrate them to improve reporting capabilities and drive innovation.
Recommend improvements to existing data processes and systems, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of data analysis efforts.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field with a strong emphasis on quantitative analysis.
Proven experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting, with a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience using Power BI.
Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform statistical analysis, identify trends, and interpret complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
Familiarity with data modeling concepts and techniques, including dimensional modeling and data warehousing principles.
Experience in designing and developing interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Power BI, with a focus on user experience and data storytelling.
Solid understanding of data quality assurance practices, including data validation, cleaning, and documentation procedures.
Knowledge of advanced Power BI features and functionalities, such as DAX calculations, custom visuals, and data-driven alerts.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues independently.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile project management methodologies is a plus.
Certification in Power BI (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) or related fields is highly desirable.
