  • Various administrative tasks that include data filing, filling-in trackers, collect and analyze data using ERP, eSourcing and other system tools;
  • To follow up on internal tasks and actions of the department;
  • Tracking of purchase-related tasks;
  • Plan and track progress on various sourcings;
  • To follow up and track the information on the relevant meetings with CPO (Chief Procurement Officer).  

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Typically a job would require a certain level of education with the relevant degree such as Bachelor's and University Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Business/Administration, Graduate, Economics, Management, Education;
  • Fluent in the Azerbaijani and English. Russian is preferable;
  • Solid user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Project Management knowledge is preferable;
  • Team work and collaboration skills;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Multitasking;
  • Researching;
  • Innovative thinking.
