Participation in the new product development process;
Analyzing brand positioning and consumer insights;
Identification of key weaknesses and opportunities in relation to brands/channels and sales (SWOT), long-term activity;
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities

Managing budgets;
Development of marketing materials, implementation of marketing projects and activities;
Participate in companies social activities and projects.

expert knowledge about marketing and related subjects (advertising, market research, consumer behavior, marketing analytics) culled from years of hands-on experience in the industry and in the marketing field;
diploma of higher education;
experience in a managerial position for at least 1-2 years;
fluency in English language (Advanced level);
knowledge of the situation on the beer market, trends, competitors' activities;
outstanding communication skills & strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind;
