Provide technical leadership and guidance to the mechanical maintenance team on the offshore gas platform.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for mechanical equipment and systems to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of mechanical systems and equipment to identify potential issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
Collaborate with other departments, including operations and procurement, to ensure timely availability of spare parts and resources for maintenance activities.
Analyze equipment performance data and trends to optimize maintenance schedules and improve reliability.
Participate in the planning and execution of major maintenance and overhaul projects, including shutdowns and turnarounds.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations during all maintenance activities.
Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
Prepare Permit/TRA and take Performing Authority role at site during implementation/maintenance
Higher National Diploma (HND (A-levels + 3 years’ study))
5 to 10 years experience in the maintenance field on O&G production installations,
