To manage mass market segment to achieve targeted revenue through different market offers and campaigns for existing and new subscribers
To control workflow of the Mass segment and be responsible for completion of targets
To be responsible for the product roadmap for Baku and Region customers
To be responsible on data, home internet and voice of national product portfolio.
To be responsible on data and voice of international product portfolio.
To be responsible on main Mass Market tariff portfolio and Legacy tariffs for revenue maximization and churn prevention (through TM and churn prevention teams)
To manage effective communication with other departments and 3rd parties
To analyse the market, need for new products, services and campaigns in mass market, and, if needed, plan the market research (through the research team) to identify opportunities to increase business volumes
To develop and execute new products and campaigns to achieve marketing objectives, following the full TTM process from Business case preparation to post-launch analysis
To track and analyze competitor marketing activities related to the mass market
Prepare and present project plans according to accepted standards
Share experience with other team members and support with product/project management in case of need
Analysis and solving of all requests, issues, and requirement related to Mass Market products
To execute job responsibilities and verbal/ written instructions by management
To execute assigned tasks in compliance with the procedures/policy/instructions.
To keep confidentiality of the company data.

Bachelor degree, preferably in IT and/or Economics or similar area
Experience in marketing in a commercial organization, preferably in Telecommunication industry
Proficient in Microsoft office applications including Excel and Powerpoint
Experience with specific tools is an advantage, which may include BI (business intelligence) tools
English –upper-intermediate, Azeri – advanced, Russian is an advantage
