Collaborating with the CEO, CTO, CCO, and each manager to align HR strategies with the IZUMO mission and objectives
Sourcing and attracting top talents with internal and external stakeholders
Prompting a positive and inclusive company culture and system
Organizing team-building activities and fostering member engagement
Supporting managers proactively to achieve OKRs
Setting up adequate internal flows related to HR tasks
Conducting compelling interviews and overseeing the onboarding process to ensure new members integrate well into the company
Managing members in the HR team

You possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources or Business Management
You have at least 5 years of experience, including strong experience in driving people & culture initiatives in fast growing startups ideally in the digital media/ gaming/ social media/ anime or similar industry
Experience in creating an HR function from scratch for globally distributed teams is a strong plus
You have experience setting up HR processes and policies, including Organizational Design, Leadership Development and Employee Engagement.
You also have experience advising senior stakeholders on HR strategy and roadmap.
You are hands-on with tools like Notion, Google apps, Microsoft software, Slack, and Zoom etc.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.
You can work well in fully distributed, fast-paced international teams
