  • To organize intra-departmental meetings and participate in meetings:
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers and other departments and assist in the preparation of contracts issued by the Security department:
  • Maintain all documents pertaining to the Department:
  • To control the tracking and keeping of all necessary documents related to the activity of the department's staff in a personal file;
  • Maintain and order office equipment and supplies as required:
  • To open PR, submit invoices and track payments as necessary:
  • To assist the department's recruitment process, preparation of work and attendance schedule, vacation planning;
  • working in 1C software, adding the monthly attendance schedule to the system;
  • Prepare the required reports on a monthly basis and submit directly to the manager:
  • To ensure that Department notice boards are updated accordingly:
  • Dealing with domestic and foreign customers in a highly professional and courteous manner in accordance with rules and procedures:
  • Be familiar with all fire prevention and evacuation procedures and act flexibly for the safety and protection of guests and staff;
  • Acquire knowledge of Health/Safety;
  • To immediately inform the direct supervisor about the problems or questions that have arisen so that they can be resolved in a timely manner;
  • To perform other duties determined by the direct manager;
  • To monitor the proper disposal of lost and found items, to respond to requests in this regard in a timely manner, to properly comply with handover:
  • to support the Occupational Health and Safety Technical Committee;
  • To carry out publicity work related to the application of appropriate measures for the prevention of accidents at the workplace to participate and assist in the investigation of accidents that happened at the same time;
  • Assist in the registration of compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements through relevant documents;
  • Regularly support the organization of "Warning Days" on Occupational Health and Safety
  • Assist in filling out all relevant registration documents related to Occupational Health and Safety;
  • To help control the evacuation of employees and passengers in emergency situations;
  • To support the registration of all required documents related to the field of Occupational Health and Safety;

    • It is desirable to have previous experience in conducting training in small and large groups
    • Having a certificate in first aid
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows computer programs.
    • To have initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
    • Execute multiple complex projects with a focus on results.
    • Have excellent team skills and show a high level of initiative.
    • Fluent Azerbaijani, English
    • Russian language is desirable
    • Having initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
    • Being able to perform multiple tasks in a changing environment while remaining calm and composed;
    • Ability to work in a team
    • Willingness to continuously develop and learn
    • Accuracy in work and ability to pay attention to details;
