Determine and implement correct RCA methodology according to predetermined criteria.

Develop & lead the implementation of a detailed RCA process.

Facilitate or lead major investigations.

Participate in conducting training workshops and provide RCA Practitioner-level training. Facilitate threat identification workshops.

Develop databases for defects & threats to retain it for a wider utilization.

Must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

Must have a minimum of 15 years’ experience in the RCA and/or Defect Elimination discipline.

Black-belt Six Sigma & TapRoot certified is preferred.

Must be analytical, methodical, chronological and open minded.

Demonstrate leadership qualities and team building skills to drive and liaise with people at all levels.

In-depth change management and problem-solving techniques is also required.
