- BA/BS degrees preferably from Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, etc.
- Min 8 years of experience in supply chain (Supply Planning and FMCG experience is mandatory)
- Excellent command of English
- Skilled in analysis and reporting, with high follow-up skills
- SAP Knowledge is preferred
- Result-focused, pro-active, creative and ambitious
- Excellent operation management skills
- Strong communication & collaboration skills
- Have analytical thinking ability and problem solving ability

- Responsible for supply & material planning activities of production plants & commercial products
- Lead weekly production planning cycle of production plants
- Responsible for inventory planning and reporting, ensure proper inventory management to meet sales forecast on time
- Responsible for setting target safety stock levels, tracking total inventory to make sure stock levels are in line with the target
- Lead S&OP cycle of Supply side with managing monthly meetings
- Lead capacity planning process for long term activities including yearly seasonal stock build-up activities and investment plan for capacity increment
- Providing necessary analyses and data for production & supply planning activities
- Carrying out improvement efforts by following daily, monthly and annual KPIs
