• Develops, localize and deploys Consumer Care Strategy via development of effective Consumer Care process;
• Management of Consumer Care (develop, alignment of all communication materials, develop training materials & etc.);
• Supervision, reporting of Consumer Care process;
• Effective Budget Management of Consumer Care direction.

• Bachelor University degree;
• 3+ years relevant experience in Consumer Care;
• Required knowledge of languages as Azerbaijan and English, knowledge of Russian language is a plus;
• Strong understanding of digital direction;
• Excellent in project management, analytical skills, ability to prioritize and hand handle multiple tasks.
