Leads local consumer experience strategy development and deployment;
Ensures proper localization of global marketing;
Consumer and Trade Activation Plan development and execution in close cooperation with M&S and extremal agencies;
Analyze and interpret internal and external data, update brands performance to understand consumer needs and trends in the context of the local market;
Evaluates brand performance (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) and recommends changes to the brand/portfolio strategy according to the established KPIs to ensure the achievement of objectives.
Consumer experience budget effectively management, control, analyze and plan.

Bachelor University degree, availability of MBA is preferable;
5+ years of experience in Consumer & Trade activation in FMCG sector is a plus;
Required knowledge of languages as: English and Russian, knowledge of Azerbaijan language is a plus;
Experience in strategy and planning of modern omnichannel activation;
