Develops and deploys comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with overall company goals and objectives for the specific market, including identifying the most suitable online sales channels;
Management of e-commerce multi-channel and its optimization;
Leads and collaborates on developing and executing localized digital marketing initiatives to drive traffic to the e-commerce store across all channels, social media platforms and etc.;
Develops and manages engaging social media campaigns tailored to the local audience, building brand awareness.
Develops and executes the e-commerce consumer experience and retention strategy development;
Analysis and reporting of e-commerce performance.

Bachelor University degree (preferable in Marketing, Business Administration);
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management with a proven track record of success in the FMCG industry;
Required knowledge of languages as Azerbaijan and English, knowledge of Russian language is a plus;
Strong understanding digital sphere;
Excellent in marketing analytics tools, analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, interpersonal skills, strong management skills, clearly communicate complex e-commerce data and insights to stakeholders.
