- Bachelor University degree (preferable in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications);
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry;
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing data-driven digital acquisition strategies that have demonstrably increased brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, or sales;
- Required knowledge of languages as Azerbaijan and English, knowledge of Russian language is a plus;
- Excellent in understanding of paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and campaign optimization techniques (including A/B testing, audience targeting, etc.), present complex digital marketing data and insights in a clear and concise manner, project management skills, interpersonal skills and creative mindset.
