• Listening to students' concerns about academic, emotional, or social issues.
  
• Providing individual and group counseling as appropriate.
• Administering and evaluating psychological tests and preparing reports. 
• Helping students to process and overcome their problems.
• Engaging and counseling teachers, parents, and caregivers about issues. 
• Developing programs to address behavioral issues and learning difficulties

• University degree in psychology; 
  
• Previous work experience is preferred;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English 
• Highly organized
• Social perception
• Ability to work rapidly and accurately; 
• Ability to multi-task giving priority to the most important duties
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Friendly and able to interact professionally and positively with staff, students, parents, and community members

Kindly be informed that the teacher is going to work at IB School where English is the main language used for communication. So, fluency in English is compulsory. The interview is held in English as well.
