Ensures recruitment cycle (job announcement, CV screening, interviews), and keeps active search for talent recruitment on social media such as LinkedIn, etc.;
Prepares labor contracts for teaching and administrative staff ;
Keeps track all employment contract and informs management about HR deadlines for contract re-conduction;
Introduces new employees to the UFAZ Staff and provides all necessary support to the new employees to start work;
Ensures that new employees are integrated into the organization by arranging meetings with relevant staff and providing informational materials;
Ensure all employees are familiar with their job description, the code of conduct of UFAZ and its internal rules, their working obligations;
Sends requests to the relevant departments of ASOIU to order salary cards for UFAZ employees;
Receives vacation or sick leave requests of employees and submits the necessary documents to the Human Resources Department of ASOIU for further steps;
Maintains personal information of employees, including their salary variation, sick leave, vacation, other employment, etc;
Provides the ASOIU Accounting Department with monthly staff timesheet;
Regularly updates manning table;
Coordinates activities on evaluation of the performance of teaching and administrative staff at the end of probation and annually;
Assists individual staff members in identifying their training needs, and improving their knowledge and abilities;
Organizes events such as workshops, trainings for staff developments and teambuilding activities;
Communicates with management about any serious behavioral issue or problem faced by the employee;
Ensures to handle migration issues of foreign permanent teachers;
Supervises travel arrangements for foreign teaching staff;
Responsible for the organization and management of UFAZ HR intranet – all official documentation and procedures are made clear and available for each UFAZ employee;
Conducts exit interviews with each leaving employee and sends feedback to management;
Ensures the handover process with the resigned employees
Responsible for the work of the Human Resources Department;
Keeps smooth collaboration and communication with ASOIU HR department.

Master’s degree in human resources, Business administration or similar field;
Excellent written and verbal communications in Azerbaijani and English languages are required;
Working hours: 09:00-18:00
Maintaining normal business relationships with colleagues and all other departments;
Attending training sessions and meetings as needed.
